It’s the most anticipated week of the season at Sonoma Horse Park: The Giant Steps Charity Classic presented by Gucci. Well underway this week, Saturday’s $10,000 Six Bar jumping competition and Gala will be an unforgettable evening featuring superb food and wine by Park Avenue Catering, the tremendously exciting six-bar competition, live and silent auctions, and a riding demonstration by some very inspirational Giant Steps riders. In 2013, the event welcomed more than 500 guests, and raised more than $175,000 for Giant Steps’ programs. The evening commences at 4pm with a champagne reception. Among the live auction items on offer during the Gala will be a once in a lifetime opportunity for you and your mount to train with Olympian Rich Fellers.  The winning bidder will receive two days training with Rich at his farm in Wilsonville, Oregon, and be outfitted in style by Horse & Style Magazine with a full custom Winston show jacket, show shirt and breeches, an Antares helmet, Ariat Monaco boots, Ice Horse cold therapy products, a $500 travel voucher and a private tour of nearby Wild Turkey Farm.
